The marketing of cultural tourism faces a dilemma between maximizing the economic return and nurturing the culture’s social functions. It needs to attract segments driven by cultural motifs, through a differentiation based on authenticity. Perceived authenticity changes over a time, but how it does remains elusive to researchers. Agents of change: Women in top management and corporate environmental performance

International audience; We analyze the influence of gender diversity in top management on the environmental performance of French firms. Consistent with gender socialization theory, which posits that women are raised from childhood to be more nurturing and compassionate for others, we find that firms with more women in top management exhibit higher environmental performance. This result extends those already reported in the literature regarding the effect of gender diversity at board level. L’influence de la volonté de contrôler la transaction sur la nature du processus de sélection d’un circuit de revente

International audience; Afin de considérer le rôle actif du consommateur lors de la revente de ses biens, cette recherche se propose de compléter les travaux existants sur le choix d'un circuit de distribution en intégrant la notion de contrôle. Nous souhaitons aussi élargir la vision analytique des travaux consacrés à la sélection d’un circuit de distribution par l’analyse de la nature du processus décisionnel de l’individu en fonction de sa volonté de contrôler la transaction. Les résultats de notre expérimentation menée auprès de 152 individus mettent en avant que certaines dimensions de la volonté de contrôler la transaction influencent la nature du processus de décision de l’individu. …
